April Reyna

April Reyna is an Illinois native that broke into the comic industry when she was 18 as a color separator for a company called Heroic Age Studios. Most of their job revolved around digitally coloring comic pages for a great deal of DC's popular comics such as JLA, JSA, Hourman, Wonder Woman, etc. After 2 years of working as an independant contractor for the studio, April relocated to Phoenix, Arizona to pursue a degree from ASU. She graduated in 2009 and has been hitting the comic circuit ever since. She has worked on indie-published titles such as Mark of the Pterren by author Melissa Stacy, The Smith's Vol 2 (anthology), Alien Heart Bigfoot (anthology), etc. 

April has also worked on a few sketch card sets through a variety of publishers. Bianca Thompson's set titled 'Dead Divas'. Viceroy Card Company has featured her work in several sets including 'the deep', 'insectae', and 'space 2'.  She worked with Upper Deck on Guardian's of the Galaxy Vol 2's set. And now she's working with Dynamite Entertainment on a handful of sketchcard sets that are still in their infantile state.

April will have artist proofs for the upcoming Bettie Page set from Dynamite.
